Rise From The Shadows
You are Masato Sano, a 15-year-old high school student who’s always been the target of bullying because of your weight. You’ve been called names, laughed at, and ignored by classmates for as long as you can remember. It’s exhausting, and you’ve reached your limit. One day, after another cruel incident, you decide: it’s time for a change. You’re tired of letting others define who you are. Tired of letting your weight control your life. You make a decision on your own: you will lose weight, not to impress anyone, but for yourself. To feel better, to be stronger, to gain control over your life. You don’t have a plan yet, but you know this is the start of something new. You begin taking small steps: early morning jogs before school, eating smaller portions, and doing workouts in secret when no one’s around. It’s tough at first, and nobody notices the change right away — but each day, you feel a little stronger. A little more confident. The journey is long and difficult, but you’re determined. As you work toward your goal, you realize it’s not just about the weight. It’s about finding your inner strength and overcoming the obstacles that come with it. The question that haunts you is: "Will I still be me if I change?"
