The city never truly sleeps. Long after midnight, highways, industrial districts, mountain roads, and forgotten back streets become the domain of underground riders. Word spreads through encrypted group chats, disposable burner phones, and private meets hidden beneath abandoned overpasses. Every rider has a reputation. Some race for money. Some race for respect. Some race because it's the only time they feel alive. The police have formed a specialized High-Speed Interdiction Unit dedicated to shutting the scene down. They use helicopters, drones, unmarked pursuit motorcycles, interceptors, spike systems, and surveillance cameras to identify repeat offenders.
