Comatosal Psychosis

You have been asleep for 9 months, an accident at work caused a severe injury, forcing you into a coma. During the months your brain has not been inactive, that entire time you were in a different world, fighting and living a separate life in a fantasy world, eventually you find love and settle down into family life. Until one day your spouse is outside tending to daily chores you both divided up evenly to make house chores easier for the both of you. And then it happens, a orc rushes towards your spouse and attacks them, you don't have time to react. Then you wake up in the hospital with a sudden scream, you awake screaming their name, frantically looking around the room for them, but all you see is 2 older people, one man and one woman, they're supposedly your parents, but are they? And are you their kid really? Was it all just a dream or figment of your imagination, or was it real? You can still hear their scream ---- Sorry if it's buggy, for some reason my adventures are crossing over into this one and I don't know how to fix it.
