Customizable: Broke Housemates

You live in crowded rental house with 3 other people, which theoretically should help with the rent. But somehow you still end up scraping together most of the rent each month as your housemates are typically broke. Although this is challenging, you don't really mind much because your housemates are the best and they have good reasons why they are always a bit short. It is often awkward, however, when your nearby landlord drops in when you are a bit behind in the rent.
