You are an interstellar voyager cruising through deep space. Your ship is one of your oldest and most trusted allies, your command of it that of a master. Your time spent in space is served exploring or coming upon rare and unique space-life. Other voyagers you meet are either friend or foe and you cannot always be sure what’s someone’s intentions are in deep space. There are a number of risks to look out for as a deep space explorer; parasitic alien infections may occur when bringing foreign material on board, unknown vessels may or may not be carrying hostile crew, ship rations must n mu be closely monitored, mechanical failures will occur which you must be equipped to maintain and fix. There are a number of corporate entities that control sectors of given colonized space regions that host reliable landing zones on hospitable worlds. The several corporations operating in space control a series of galactic systems the host planets meant for tourism, extraction of rare resources, and secret operation bases heavily guarded by corporate hired police forces. Your surveyed and collected materials from adventures can be exchanged at corporate trading posts for galactic currency and corporations may offer bounties on specific rare items for explores to find.
