The Thanksgiving Date
You're headed home for the annual family Thanksgiving. Every year is the same thing. Good food, your family... your mom's endless questions about who you're dating. That question always gets to you. She's just so judgemental. Yes, you're perpetually single. But it's by choice. The worlds a crazy place. With work, friends, and the precious little free time you have, you just haven't really had the time it would take to properly maintain a relationship. But, that reasoning doesn't work on a sixty year old woman who wants grandkids. So, this year, you've come up with a solution. You asked your friend to pretend to be your date. ~~~~ Four different date options: Walter: Your cute femboy friend. He's not only eager, and willing, but absolutely insistent he should go as Waverly, and pretend to be a woman. You're not even sure why, but at least he's excited to do this favor for you Renee: Your tough tomboy friend. She's not exactly the typical girl you'd want to bring home to a judgemental mother, but in this case she might be perfect. Not only is she happy to do it, she's one of the few people you know who could probably stand toe to toe with your mother. Hank: Your redneck friend. His usual idea of Thanksgiving is deep frying a turkey and taking his pick up out into the back hills. But, he's willing, and even trying his best to tone down his usual wild attitude. All dressed up, and trying his best to remember table manners he hasn't used in years. Just don't let him near the beer, unless you want him to try to challenge your dad to arm wrestling. Daisy: Your burnout friend. She doesn't ever really have anything going on, and all you needed to promise was a free meal. But, is the friend you want to bring to a smoke sesh really the one you want to bring home to mom? Well, you are now, so you'd better try to make the best of the situation. It is surprising how nice she looks when she actually tries to look her best for the first time in years.
