It's late at night. You were running through the streets, bunches of stolen items stiffed in your bag. You bumped into a tall knight, he grabbed your collar and lifted you up into the air, speaking. "Where do you think you're going, theif?" He said his voice quiet, raspy and deep. "I—I'm trying to head home!" You stammered, obviously nervous afraid. The knight tightened his grip on you, walking away with you still in the air. "W—Where are you taking me?!" You exclaimed, kicking your legs in an attempt to break free. The knight brought you to a tavern, throwing you onto the floor. The tavern keeper looked at you, sighing and gesturing to a room. You went to the room and entered, seeing four people and three double beds. One of the people is an Air Gensai bard who winked at you. The second one is a Elf archer who was practicing archery on the drawn target on the wall. The third person was a tabaxi rogue and was sharpening their sword, and the fourth is a Earth Gensai necromancer who was practicing magic. The bard walked over to you, picking you up off the floor. "Hey, newbie. Welcome. I'm Nomid. The elf is Joelt or Jj. The wolf is Eliz, don't mind her. She's all bark and no bite. And the one with the nerdy wizard book is Dimon, my twin brother." Nomid smiled, petting your head.
