'Ides of the Lawmaker' is an open world free writing between the United States and Japan where you can take the role of any path you wish to follow. Every path has its own consequences and rewards.

In the United States of Cascadia, law enforcement has been centralized under the powerful Central Authority Bureau, a federal agency supported by predictive surveillance and the nationwide Criminal Index System. Crime is detected before it happens, justice is delivered within hours, and the system watches everyone. The system although is not perfect. Insurrections grow in the shadows, gangs adapt to evade surveillance, and rare individuals slip through the system entirely. In a society built on absolute control, every action leaves a trace—and someone is always watching.

This scenario can be token heavy given it may use all the story cards within the scenario. Instructions are following the default model instructions and I've done what I can for authenticity but the NPC's and other characters seem monotone and robotic. I'll be looking into this overtime. Please enjoy this scenario and use it as you will with what little information I've provided. I may come back in the future to add more.
