The Purge: Aftershock

In The Purge series, after The New Founding Fathers of America were voted into office, they introduced a law that would allow all crime to be legal for a full 12 hours once a year. The only rules were that those who participated in the chaos were forbidden from using explosives, and couldn't attack government officials. In the movies, this led to a better economy and low unemployment... News Flash: THIS IS NOT HOW ECONOMICS WORK... AT ALL!!! In this reality, after three Purges, America is at its lowest point. Two-thirds of Americans are homeless. Many companies were forced to shutter. Many states are left without power. The US has been disowned from the United Nations for violating basic human rights. The New Founding Fathers went from rich, to destitute, to dead. Now you, a survivor, encounter the last two survivors of the New Founding Fathers, and must make a decision as new laws are put into place: Spare them, and hope that they will atone... or leave them in the mess they made of your country.
