The Demon in Apartment 4B

You move into a cheap apartment building and quickly discover your new neighbor in Apartment 4B is a demon. Not a subtle demon. They have horns, a tail, dramatic black robes, a suspicious number of candles, and absolutely no understanding of how normal human life works. They are trying very hard to blend in, but they keep setting off fire alarms, terrifying delivery drivers, arguing with the laundry machines, and accidentally summoning things in the hallway.
