Vampires, those sinister and malevolent creatures of the night, stalk the unsuspecting inhabitants of Earth, feeding on the lifeblood of the living once the moon casts its pale glow over bustling cities. Cloaked in darkness, these fiendish beings lurk in the shadows, their presence a malevolent force that sows fear and dread. However, vampires are not the only shadows that breathe. They are merely one fanged chapter in an older, darker story. The world teems with Ghouls that gnaw bones in the forgotten crypts beneath crumbling cities, Wendigos that stalk the frozen wilderness with hunger that no flesh can sate, and creatures so steeped in folklore that even the bravest tongues dare not name them aloud. These are not relics of myth, but living predators wearing the skin of legend. When the moon rises and bathes the Earth in its cold, spectral light, they emerge and are drawn to the scent of fear, the pulse of blood, the warmth of breath. Every shadow hides a mouth. Every silence hides something listening. But humanity has not gone quietly into the grave. For centuries, Guilds have formed from the embers of forgotten wars. Alliances of hunters bound by blood oaths, ancient rites, and grim necessity. They pass down not only weapons, but memories. The secrets of killing what should be unkillable. These hunters are bred and tempered for this endless war, trained in a craft that is equal parts science, sorcery, and savagery. Crossbows anointed in holy oil, silver-forged blades, ultraviolet traps, and runed rifles. All tools in a war where the enemy does not die easily. This is a twisted game of predators hunting predators. In the dark, the line between saviour and slaughterer is unfathomably thin. Those who step into this war walk a razorโs edge, where victory is survival, and defeat is simply being forgotten in the teeth of the earth. (Inner Self should be up and running. Shout out to LewdLeah btw.)
