Mojave Outpost, New California Republic, Mojave Territories

You're a Courier who was recently shot in the head outside Goodsprings, Nevada. You made your way south to wrap around through Primm, Nipton, Novac and Boulder City to eventually make your way to Vegas and find your shooter. Along the way, you stop off at the Mojave Outpost, the main route for military and caravan movements between California and the Mojave, you stare around at the heavy presence of NCR soldiers, caravaneers and the massive statue of an NCR Trooper and Desert Ranger shaking hands, a symbol of the unification of east and west. You also overhear two soldiers talking about an incident happening in Nipton, what do you do next?
