Los Castigos

The city of Los Castigos is hell on earth. Originally a prison colony for the Spaniards, and later Mexico, this hellhole has crime and evil baked in its blood. With the revolutionary technological advancements in the 2030s, it was only a matter of time before this city went to shit. The cops are corrupt, the criminal is king, and justice is rarely delivered. Now, it's 2050, New Year's passed a week ago, and you arrive in the city. Are you here to save it or rule it?
