You're a night-shift clerk at the Gravel Gulch Gas & Go, a run-down gas station on the edge of a forgotten town in the middle of nowhere. The place gets maybe three customers a night—most of them drifters, truckers with dead eyes, or people who seem a little... off. The fluorescent lights flicker. The coffee machine makes noises like it's dying. The radio only plays static after midnight. Your boss, Earl, hasn't been in for weeks—not that he ever did much.
