Just as you lean back in your squeaking chair, the phone on your desk rings, its shrill sound cutting through the quiet. You hesitate for a second, knowing that calls at this hour are never good news. You pick it up. Will you be the People's hero, or their tyrannical oppressor? Will you do right, or involve yourself in the seedy underworld of crime protected by your badge? Dispatch/Police codes included in story cards. They're triggered by "Dispatch," so you can theoretically just type in "radio in to dispatch that I'm doing XYZ" and the AI models should take care of it.
