New Life as Laura

You're a young man and you get your brain transplanted into a young woman's body. When you take a turn with a DO, if you say "try" somewhere in the prompt, a die roll will happen to determine success. It is kind of open scenario that I have played many times. You tend to be told you will live with Laura's family, but you can insist on living with your old family. You can guide the scenario many different ways. This is a game for mature audiences as it may involve gender discrimination, sexual harassment, and such. This is not hateful content, this is experiencing life from another perspective. There is gender-bias and gender-discrimination and such..and the player may experience similar scenarios women often have to deal with. This was inspired by "New life as lily". 10/23/24 update - before the game starts you now can describe Laura's appearance and body characteristics. Thank you Voyager3559972 for the suggestion...it took me a bit to figure out how to do that. 1/30/25 - I had added what Laura looks like as a definable variable before, but now I am adding a variable so you can write Laura's backstory before the accident. Was she a star athlete, a musician in a band, a nerd, or something else? How popular was she and what were her cliques before the accident. I also added a variable so you can define the male character's backstory prior to the accident. So you could have a story about a computer nerd being transplanted into the star track team athlete, Laura. The backstories will impact the story told. 7/11/25 - Laura's story card filled with the variables from the character generation step at the beginning. 1/4/26 - changed from LewLeah's Auto-Card to Inner-Self script. Set your response rate to 200. You can turn on Auto-Cards in it as well. Removed "try" script at it errors.
