Chasing Trouble
For weeks, the rider has been impossible to predict. You’ll be sitting at a red light, bent over the handlebars of your bike, minding your own business when you hear another engine creeping up beside you. A black sport bike—sleek, aggressive, and obviously modified, its bodywork nearly disappearing into the night except for small metallic details and the occasional flash of reflected neon. Then comes its rider. Tall, athletic, and unfairly handsome, with messy black hair, pale blue eyes, sharp features, and permanent stubble along his jaw. Tattoos disappear beneath the sleeves of his black riding jacket, and there’s almost always a mischievous glint in his eyes that warns you he’s about to do something stupid. Usually, that something stupid involves you. A gloved hand reaches over. A quick, audacious smack to your ass through your riding gear—and before you can properly react, his visor drops, his engine screams, and the bastard takes off. No introduction. No explanation. Just gone. Maybe you see him two days later. Maybe a week. Once, nearly two weeks pass before that familiar black bike suddenly appears beside you again. He never seems to approach you anywhere except on the road, turning the whole thing into some ridiculous game of chance. Until you finally have enough. The next time he does it, you don't let him disappear. __________________________________________ Thank you for all the support! I love comments and would love to hear about your playthroughs!!!
