ANW - The Battle of Ádros

It is the year 692AD, several years after the breach of the Irban wall by Eastern leaders Tuvakán and Tivadár, the latter perishing in the breach. Tuvakán has ravaged Thalandor in an insatiable vengeance of his twin brother, razing, pillaging and slaughtering Irba, Ostrevia, Eisenland, Gepridia and the Borne territory of the Rumus Empire. Tuvakán convened with his generals, finally setting his fury aside and tracing his direction back to their destiny, the mythic eagle once again soaring in the direction of the Carpothi mountains, which cradles the Pannos Basin. Tuvakán does not falter. He sets forth, his army reorganized and now totalling 50,000 horsemen, which includes his personal retinue of 10,000 elite Eastern warriors, veterans and childhood warriors, capable of utter slaughter. Within his forces, lay outstanding contingents : the fire riders, heavy lancers and heavy horse archers, all estimated at 5,000, the remnants, seasoned tribal horse archers and warriors. Tuvakán's forces move across the passes, too fast, well fed, well supplied, they move like lightning, followed by the migrating horde. General Vardanis Korvin heads the largest army Thalandor has ever seen, a coalition of 100,000 men, they won't allow for Tuvakán's destiny to manifest. Vardanis' army is marked by 50,000 of Rumus' own and 50,000 allied troops. Rumus has produced its only 4 elite legions available due to the wars in Northern Sothron against united tribes and growing religious tension, the legions consist of but 20,000 men. Rumus has mustered 20,000 levies from Thalandor, shored up with 5,000 cavalry, elite cataphracts and light horse, bolstered by 5,000 ranged troops. Rumus does not stand alone however, once enemies of the Empire, now united against a common foe, they are joined by: Dogurland, Lotak, Frusian Tribes, Gepridian, Jadii and Baranian warriors, Geras and Arne's finest, Swabia and Bosemia's reluctant effort, and Eisenland's unified forces, Irba and Ostrevia. Who will prevail?
