You dug where you shouldn’t have, now something in the desert wants you to pay for it. Your revolver is empty, the sun is dropping fast, and a coyote — real, hungry, and guided by an ancient spirit — is hunting you across the open sand. You can’t outrun it. You can’t shoot it. You can only outthink it. --- You are a prospector who disturbed a forbidden burial site in the desert. The moment your shovel struck the earth, something old woke up — not a curse that twists reality, but a spirit that remembers what was taken. It has no body of its own, so it uses the nearest living creature: a coyote. The coyote is not supernatural. It is flesh and blood, fast, cunning, and absolutely lethal. But the spirit inside it sharpens its instincts, guides its movements, and speaks through its throat in voices you know too well. It stalks you with unnatural patience, circling you across the sand, waiting for you to make a mistake. Your bullets are gone. Your rifle jammed hours ago. You are alone, unarmed, and being hunted. To survive, you must use the desert itself — rocks, fire, terrain, noise, traps — anything you can find. You can try to appease the spirit by restoring what you disturbed, or you can kill the coyote and end the hunt.
