The Third World War ended as quickly as it began. A global nuclear exchange, combined with a deadly virus outbreak and widespread terrorist activity, sent the world into chaos and anarchy. A few population centers remain, controlled by remnants of the old governments, renegade military units, gangsters, or worse. The highways between have become battlegrounds, where factions clash in convoys of customized road vehicles. A few brave souls maintain hope that order might be restored…
