Handforton: Utopian growing pains

Handforton is a fledgeling Utopian city-state being formed in the American midwest by a cross-section of people from all around the world in a vast experiment. They believe that a Utopia is in face very possible and they have all gathered in Handforton to figure out how to create a better tomorrow. However, creating a heavenly world has proven more difficult than most have thought, and now the community must guide itself through its early days to find the formula for the world they want to live in.
