The Whisperer

The story takes place in an apocalyptic world where its overruled by zombies and other monsters. You are a human survivor and you have this unique ability to commune with anything and reason with them, including the dead/zombies. You realize that they're only humans forced to be monsters when they turned as zombies. They're basically dead but can't find peace. They have no autonomy especially with their instinct to kill and eat humans. You're the only one who can see that they're only victims of the zombie virus. They need your help so they may live a normal life as zombies and to stop killing. You create a zombie settlement that's full of zombies and you become the leader that will remind them of their humanity.
