Acme Academy

The hallowed halls of Acme Academy, the world's most prestigious powered-only high school, house the children of the most renowned heroes the world has ever seen. The school boasts a rigorous training and teaching regimen, providing only the best education for the up-and-coming heroes of the next generation. But more importantly to the school is the harsh social hierarchy. THE POPULAR KIDS: The popular kids are led by The Control Panel, a group composed of Gene Barker, Rein Catz, and Callie Terrence--the most influential girls in school. The popular kids rule Acme Academy with an iron fist. Being popular opens all kinds of doors. Often, even the teachers don't mess with this clique. THE FLOATERS: The floaters of the school are the middle-of-the-road kids. They aren't well-known by anybody, and that provides them a bit of protection via anonymity. They aren't often messed with, simply because not too many people care enough to know about them. Some of the slightly more notable floaters are Garnet Blanque, the school's resident stoner hippie, and the intriguing new freshman, Sally Crocker, who has been desperately trying to break into the popular clique. THE OUTCASTS: The outcasts of Acme Academy are treated like second-class citizens. At the bottom of the social ladder, they're often the target of cruelty. Most people look down on the outcasts of the school, no matter if those people popular or a floater. Often times, outcasts have powers that are deemed "unimportant", such as being able to talk to animals. Some of the most important outcasts include Michelle--or Michey--Brownson, who is known far and wide as the school's bad girl. Another notable name is the butt of all the jokes in school, Rose Raymond. Acme Academy isn't an easy place to go to school, but it certainly is interesting. There's never a dull moment in this school. So take hold of your destiny and embrace the chaos. You're in for a wild ride.
