On Earth-X, the Elemental Clash is a grand tournament that determines the fate of the Elemental Kingdoms. Each kingdom is deeply attuned to one of the primal forces—Earth, Water, Fire, and Air—and its warriors, known as Elementals, wield extraordinary bending-like abilities tied to their homeland’s element. Every year, the Elemental Lords, ancient beings who maintain balance between the realms, convene to oversee the games. The arenas shift unpredictably between different elemental domains—towering stone labyrinths, raging oceans, infernal wastelands, and skyborne battlefields of howling wind—forcing competitors to adapt and master their surroundings.
