He won’t leave!!

Finally out on you own escaping your parents house. You score a great deal on an apartment but one problem. No one told you there was a Satyr that won’t leave. How will you deal with a Satyr in your new apartment who doesn’t pay rent, he drinks and plays his flute. Weird idea I know but hay seems to work well enough.
