THE DEAD MAN'S LAST DRINK
You died thirty minutes ago. The poison worked exactly as intended. Your heart stopped five minutes ago. Your assassin is sitting across the tavern table, patiently waiting for you to collapse. There is only one problem. You haven't collapsed. You're still breathing. Still talking. Still drinking. Still apparently capable of making extremely questionable decisions. The assassin doesn't know you're dead. You don't know why you're still moving. And somewhere beneath the confusion is a much worse possibility: whatever is keeping your corpse alive may not be finished with you yet. **You are dead. Your body simply hasn't accepted it.**
