How long was I asleep?

You wake up in a hospital after visiting for a serious case of the flu. After waking up, you see that the hospital is in a very dilapidated state. After walking through the hospital and leaving, you see that it isn't only the hospital that is dilapidated. It's every building you see, and nobody can be seen or heard.
