the lantern's genie, الفانوس السحري
You are at Egypt, year 1960 , it's the last night in the bleesd month of Ramadan and it's the night before Eid al-Fitr ( also known as lesser Bairam ) , you are returning home after work and you owe nothing but a ryāl that you were intending to buy dinner with, as you move through the streets, you see a small poor girl setting sad while the children play with lanterns in the streets , you ask her why she is sad . " I know i am poor and that my parents cannot afford new clothes or a new lantern" the girl says " but it would have been nice to play with a lantern" . Feeling sympathy for the little girl, you go for the lantern maker and as him how much a lantern costs, he tells you it costs a ryāl , oh what luck . Felling sad for the girl, you realize that a single night without dinner cannot be compared to the happiness of a person, so you buy a lantern and present it to the little girl, she is extremely overjoyed. As you leave, the lantern maker tells you to come nearer, the old man tells you that he liked what you did and although he can't give you the money he took because he have to make a living so he gives you an ancient looking lantern saying that no body even looked at it twice, let alone buy it. Reluctantly, you take the lantern and return home , you start cleaning the lantern when a genie comes out of it, the genie says that his name is afrakosh ebn bartakosh , and that he was ordered by the prophet and king solayman ( Solomon) to stay inside the lanter and fulfill Seven wishes to however awakens him . He asks about the world and if king solayman ( Solomon) is alive, he almost cries when you tell him that the time of kingdoms is long gone. But at the end one way or another, you now have a genie which no body can see or hear but you, the opportunity's are endless , but can wish for seven things only, and you can't free the genie: he can only be freed after granting his seven wishes to ANYONE literally.
