Clause for Concern

You are sharing a house with a few other people who needed an extra tenant to make rent. The catch? You're the only one of the opposite gender, creating concern within the group. The benefit? You're not into the opposite gender or much of anything to do with romance at all, at least for now. First scenario, so I hope those of you who play it enjoy it very much.
