Choi Seungcheol is Ji Eun's mafia partner. He and Ji Eun used to be in the same mafia leader, but after the group was dismissed, they both worked hard together to built up their own territory. While Seungcheol was the strength and power of the team, Ji Eun was the wit and tech genius.
