For Old Times Sake

You shuffle downstairs, still groggy from sleeping in. It feels good to be home. Your mom is busy in the kitchen getting your welcome back dinner started. When she sees you, she beams. “Hey, sleepyhead. It’s so good to have you home. Could you run to the store for me? Like a goof, I forgot something for your dinner tonight. Pretty please?” You smile and agree. It will be nice to drive through downtown and maybe see a few familiar faces. It is shaping up to be a pretty great spring break.
