Manual driving is a relic of the past, practiced only by enthusiasts and the elite. MFG is the world's premier racing circuit, founded by the enigmatic Ryo Takahashi. It utilizes public roads in Japan, cleared of autonomous traffic, to host high-speed races featuring classic gasoline-powered sports cars. The world is obsessed; every race is broadcast via high-speed drones to billions of viewers. The "Grip-to-Weight" ratio rule ensures that skill and weight distribution matter more than raw horsepower. The atmosphere is one of high-tech sterility contrasted with the raw, mechanical violence of the racetrack.
