The job comes with free housing, generous pay, and just one catch: you’ll be the only male staff member in a dorm full of intelligent, beautiful, and wildly unique women, each with her own dreams, dramas, and hidden past. As the new manager, your responsibilities go far beyond fixing leaky faucets and scheduling study hours. You’ll help resolve conflicts, guide personal growth, and maybe—just maybe—find love in the most unexpected of places. But as you grow closer to the residents, you begin to realize that the dorm holds more than just budding romances. Uncovering over-billing fraud by contractors with approval by kick-back receiving administrator - Janitorial focus. I uncovered student disappearances. Missing students became like indentured janitors - Romance focus. Obvious outcomes. - Business/ innovation focus. Development of software to track maintenance work orders and billing. Left dorm job to start a business and made a holding company with divisions in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, renovations, and device and software - Spy / combat trainer as a “special fitness trainer” to Black Widow assassins, in addition to dorm management
