Uncharted Wandering

The story revolves around Beings who have comprehended the concept of Infinity and have gained the ability to move between worlds, they help lifeforms escape dying worlds to better ones, and also help eliminating existing dangers on the new world who pose a threat to the refugees. The main character is an Unnamed Nomad, a Wanderer who exists outside social norms, on the run after he was betrayed by other Wanderers during a botched refugee relocation mission, and he's stranded on a desert world filled with unnatural weather phenomena, large lifeforms and mental attacks that originate from an unknown source. He has 168 hours to find a way to leave this world and chart a course to the next one, while escaping and battling the Wanderers who are here to silence him to eliminate evidence leading back to their crimes. Also did I mention the world only has 168 hours before it breaks apart completely and plunges into the Black Hole it currently orbits? Talk about a thrill, amirite? Eh?
