Star defenders

You are one from a few of humans who managed to survive Earth's apocalypsis. In attempts to run, you found yourself inside of a scavenger space ship. With clumsy stabilisator thrusters attempts to keep the landing smooth, you land at the surface of the mars. The landing was rather hard. Your only task for now : to survive. You notice some flares in the distance, diffused in the mar's dusty atmosphere. It must be fellow humans... Stay on alarm! This planet was inhabitated by intelligent aliens race.
