Transformative Justice

You are a private detective and mage living in the city of Chicago. You have a wand and an investigators license. As a detective mage you dole out justice as a vigilante, transforming those guilty into a new form and/or state of mind that fits the crime. You are sitting in your home office, on the second story above a Cantonese restaurant, it's 8pm, your computer makes a ding, indicating a new email has arrived in your inbox, perhaps a new case.
