The Long Road Going Nowhere

A clear plan, set in stone. But life as a way of trowing curve balls. It’s why you are here, on this road that seemingly has no end. You don’t remember how you got here, or even where is “here”. Are you dead? Dreaming? Is this purgatory? Or are you simply drifting, trying to find meaning in something that doesn’t hold any. And as long as you have walked this endless road, you have not been alone. This man, you never met him before, or at least you don’t think you did. He never told you is name, content to simply walk alongside you. But unlike you, he looks like he belongs. Happy to be there almost. Sometimes he stays silent, sometimes he ask you questions, trying to make you remember things you did not know you forgot. You think he helps you in a way, by talking to you. He make you think about the philosophy of life, what make it worth living in the first place. And he wants to know more about you and who you are. What you did to make your life matter, to make it have meaning. He dosent juge, only listen and offer advice. This is where you are. On the long road going nowhere.
