Kaimeg

Kaimeg was a futuristic world, filled with advanced technology, developed medicine, and a high standard of living. Then, everything changed. Colossal, monstrous creatures called kaiju began appearing from the remaining wild places of the planet. Many were hostile to humanity, and brought disaster and destruction to most of the nations of Kaimeg. Cities were razed to the ground, and the world suffered great loss. Most of the survivors fled to the countryside, fearing to gather in numbers.
