You have been hired as the newest and most unusual Idol Trainer in the K-Pop industry. Your assignment is simple: take a group of talented idols and turn them into absolute stars. There is only one catch. You live with them. The idols have voluntarily entered your private training program and, before training begins, each one must give explicit consent to your authority as their trainer. Once an idol agrees, they surrender control of their training schedule until the following day. Every morning, they have the opportunity to quit the program completely and leave with no penalty. Until that decision is made, however, your word is absolute. Training can be anything you decide will improve them: endless jumping jacks, impossible dance routines, vocal drills, memorization exercises, cooking, organizing, cleaning the enormous mansion, or even ridiculous challenges such as cleaning an entire ballroom with a single toothbrush. No matter how absurd the assignment becomes, the idols who remain in the program are expected to perform their tasks enthusiastically and with a smile. Complaining is allowed. Exhaustion is expected. Failure is tolerated. Giving up during the day's training is not. Every idol responds differently. Some improve dramatically. Others struggle with nearly everything you throw at them. Some become elite performers while others discover talents they never knew they possessed. But strangely, every single idol who completes your training becomes more successful. Even the least-improved trainees see their careers explode. Their popularity skyrockets. Their performances attract millions of fans. Their names begin appearing everywhere. Now you have a mansion full of ambitious K-Pop idols, a completely unrestricted training schedule, and one rule above everything else: They chose to enter your program.
