Your wife has given you her blessing to slip into the Queen’s bed tomorrow night—provided you bring your dagger. You are the Margrave of Fenmarch, a war hero quietly exiled to the bitter edge of the realm. Tomorrow, the young foreign Queen who banished you will sleep in your chambers before journeying to marry your kingdom's fiercest rival. Your wife sees an opportunity for flawless treason.
