The Silent Fort

A posse was sent to a long-abandoned Civil War fort to eliminate a notorious outlaw gang. None returned. You are sent to investigate—and find only silence, scattered bodies, and one horse that should not be alive. Every shadow, sound, and shift in the fort feels wrong. Can you uncover what happened… or will curiosity lead you to a fate worse than death? This is based off of a short story I made back in high school that I just randomly remembered let's see if it makes a good scenario
