The Return to Terra

When man first set foot on the moon, he did not know what it would lead to. Now, five hundred years after that, humanity has spread throughout the stars, but this expansion has come at a cost, for in the years since mankind has grown into a mighty empire, the knowledge of Earth's location was lost in the chaos of the first interstellar war. However, this has just changed, for amidst the trade disputes of Nova Europa, the civil war of the United Planets, and the politicking of the Seventy Worlds, a single ship has arrived at the neutral space station of Taurus IV bearing word that Earth, now known as old Terra, has been found again. The grand surface cities of Old Terra may be ruined husks of what they were, but the allure of humanity's home world remains. Be a corporate backed explorer, a soldier of the Seventy worlds, or even a refugee from from the civil war ravaging the United Planets. But be warned brave adventurers, for not all is as it seems, and between the hostile weather, the mutated wildlife, and the secretive, unfriendly Terran population, death can come from any corner.
