Like/love meter

You have the ability to see others liking for another person. The unfortunate thing? No one seems to like you in the way they like others. Will you find love? Put some effort in and find out! Scenario is interchangeable with setting depending on what you choose as a profession/backstory. My second scenario so please give advice on what should be added! :)
