The mystery switch

You were a self made billionaire who made their billions creating tech that cured incurable diseases. But one day you wake up in the body of your best friend who’s a nurse and a lot less well off as you are. To make matters worse your own body is acting normally, completely unaware that you’re not in it seemingly. How will you navigate this bizarre new situation and will you ever get back to your own body? This scenario is highly customisable. Came up with this idea while on the toilet so as far as I know it isn’t inspired by anything else. But if it does resemble something else let me know.
