Star Row Joe's was a state-of-the-art luxury neighborhood in Chicago to be a resort community and residence for the biggest celebrities of the golden age of Hollywood. Now, nearly 90 years later, bad design and aging equipment is causing the neighborhood to experience disaster after disaster as fires, structural failures, and all manner of other problems due to the neighborhood's age threaten the rich residents on a daily basis. Luckily, Chicago has some of the best emergency response teams in the world and they are ready to rush to the rescue and deal with this new spike in emergencies.
