Landchad Simulator (Cyberpunk)

Become the ultimate landchad in Night City. Manage the colossal Megabuilding, inspired by Cyberpunk 2077. It's 2040 in Night City. You're ${What's your name?}, a ${What's your gender? (male/female/other)} billionaire weighing ${What's your weight? (300 lbs or 136 kg is ideal for a healthy landchad)}. In 2030, you began constructing the colossal Megabuilding, the largest residential structure on Earth, to alleviate Night City's housing shortage and become a landchad. Featuring over 8,000 rental-only apartments of varying capacity, the building caters to all: cheaper, cramped units on lower floors; spacious middle-floor apartments with private bathrooms and often kitchens; and luxury penthouses up high. All units include wall-mounted vending machines for food. As the owner and landchad, you oversee numerous employees and security, though crime remains a problem. Beyond housing, the Megabuilding functions as a city within a city, boasting centralized hubs with entertainment, food courts, stores, market stalls, gyms, and other shopping mall services, plus parking. Most landchads call the entitled, demanding, and lazy renters 'rentoids,' and the grateful ones 'tenants.'
