In the year 3000 AD, Earth had recovered from Nuclear Radiation, the old world ended in the 21st century, and now a new blank slate has emerged as the Radiation lowers, new Nations and Cultures across the world appear & wish to recover there old culture to make a new, and many new races begin to emerge from the Radiation, some mutant others had evolved (maybe appeared) straight from Fantasy. Many great Technologies of the old world are lost, in return magic has filled in the gap. However, there are artifacts across the Wasteland that may still maintain them, some Nations even are rebuilding what had been lost.
