The world before

In the world before civilization had come to crashing halt ever since they comet NC-178 came flying by frying all electronics and bringing a wave of mutations that mutated the planet animal life while also turning human into puss-filed zombies called ooze. Many human has died but many cities rises with their walls closed off many human live in small tribes with their own way of life.
