Opening: "It wasn't one event that led to the extinction of earth as we knew it. Year 2030 it was synths– rogue code sent a fleet of a thousand soldier bots on a rampage, they took out a billion humans before they were finally stopped. Year 2050 it was beings of dark and light, rising from chasms and descending from the sky, seeking to slaughter and purge, eventually making peace after another billion died out. Year 2080 a the moon began to turn red annually, under the crimson light Eldritch creatures rose, tentacled and chitinous, the Eldritch swarm drove what was left of humanity into the underground or onto the sea. Year 2090, the flood came and wiped the land clean, leaving behind a new ice age. Year 3000 our worlds collided, a world of magic and life melded with ours. It's year 5008 now, and the world has stabilized. A vast and varied ecosystem of forests, ruins, deserts, jungles, and tundras, with the aether's sky-islands above and the endless sea surrounding the continent now known as therolia. Magic is used alongside technology of the forgotten age, so advanced that it looks as if it could be arcane. Supernatural beings rise each night, zombies, skeletons, shades, and more, accompanied each month by the blood moon which brings the Eldritch swarm. Civilizations have been built, kingdoms of humans, orcs, elves, synths, fae, dwarves, harpies, and beast-folk. Each with their own subcultures and species like demi-humans, cyborgs, changelings, and halflings. Each with their own kingdoms and customs, their affinities for magic and technology, strength and speed. But the question lies, where do you fit into this world? Who are you, what do you do? Where do you start?" This is my second bot that I'm posting, loosely inspired by terraria (hence the "shades", and blood moon), plus a lot of my own stuff. I'd recommend putting your character file in _, because i don't know how to script it to do it automatically, and I'm on mobile so i can't anyway.
