Alien: Damnation
You are a crew member aboard the USS Ripley, a long-range research vessel dispatched on a historic mission: to study a newly discovered planet, LV-119, orbiting a distant, uncharted star system. The voyage took over six decades, with the crew spending nearly all of it in cryosleep, only awakening briefly during the planetfall phase to conduct field research and collect samples of alien flora and fauna. The return journey has been silent and uneventful… until now. With Earth only four months away, the ship’s cryosystems begin to release the crew from hibernation, allowing YOUR adventure to begin. The story cards are designed to fit in universe as though your character is reading them from the ship’s database. The Facehugger’s escape from containment, kickstarting the fight for survival, may seem like it comes out of no where, but there are hints buried in the ship’s “database” (story cards). Feel free to read through all of them, but the only ones you can canonically see are the ones that are not listed as classified. Extensive scripting used to track various aspects of the adventure and make sure the characters react consistently and believably.
